GENERAL PROFILE - aeu house adult: 

Adult House Synchro classes and teams at Arctic Edge Unity is designed for adult skaters ages 18-60+ of various skill and experience levels (recommended level for safety/success is LTS ADULT 3 class thru USFS Adult Bronze Skating Skills). In addition to being a part of AEU Synchro’s House programming, participants also become part of the broader AEU Adult Skating Community, including connections with larger network of adult athletes and developmental options/pipeline towards two more advanced, competitive Adult teams available at AEU.
 
GENERAL NOTES - AEU house adult:

• The HOUSE season runs October thru February annually with a break over the holiday period. The team meets Sunday afternoons (no conflicts with Adult Learn-to-Skate class or Freestyle Session schedules)

• Team trains ~1 hour per week on both individual and synchro skills while developing a synchronized skating routine set to music.

• The team will perform together in up to three (3) local exhibitions and up to one (1) local competition event each year.

• Participants are recommended (but not required) to participate in all 3 consecutive sessions from October thru February to get the full season experience (incl. all performances, costumes, etc)
